Maintenance Keeps Small Problems Small

A vehicle that gets its oil, filters and fluids on time simply lasts longer and breaks down less. It also keeps its factory warranty valid, provided the work is done to the manufacturer's specification and recorded. That record is what we hand you at the end of every service.

Each maintenance visit also includes the free once-over, so a cracked belt, a weeping water pump or a set of tires near the wear bars gets spotted while it is a planned job instead of a roadside one. You decide when to deal with anything we find.

High-altitude driving, towing and stop-start trips into town usually count as severe service. We tell you which schedule fits the way you drive rather than defaulting to the costlier one.

Signs a Service Is Overdue

  • The oil-life monitor or maintenance reminder is on
  • It has been more than six months since the last oil change
  • The oil on the dipstick is dark, gritty or below the mark
  • The engine sounds louder or rougher on cold starts
  • Fuel economy has slowly slipped
  • You cannot find a record of the last major service

What a Maintenance Visit Includes

  • Oil and filter change

Oil of the right grade and specification for your engine, with a quality filter.

  • Fluid level and condition check

Coolant, brake, transmission, power steering and washer fluids topped up or flagged.

  • Filter replacement

Engine air and cabin filters replaced when due, so the engine breathes and the cabin stays clean.

  • Spark plugs at their interval

Plugs changed at the mileage your manual sets, keeping starts easy and fuel economy steady.

  • Belt and hose inspection

Drive belts and coolant hoses checked for cracks, glazing and soft spots.

  • Tire and brake measurements

Tread depth and pad thickness noted on your record each visit.

  • Battery and charging test

A quick load test so a weak battery is replaced before a cold morning finds it.

  • Dated service record

Every item done, with mileage and parts, written up for your warranty file.

How Maintenance Works Here

  1. Tell us the mileage

We look up what your manual calls for at that point and quote it.

  2. Drop it off

Most services are completed the same visit while the once-over is done.

  3. Hear what we noticed

Anything outside the service gets a mention and a price, never an automatic add-on.

  4. Take your record

You leave with the paperwork that proves the service was done on time.

Maintenance Questions, Answered

Synthetic or conventional oil?

Use whatever your manual specifies. Many newer engines require full synthetic, and using the wrong oil can affect both engine protection and warranty coverage. We match the specification on every change.

Is the dealer's maintenance menu the same as the manual?

Not always. Dealer menus sometimes add services the manufacturer does not list for your mileage. We follow the manufacturer's own schedule and tell you plainly when something extra is genuinely worth doing.

Stay on Schedule Without the Guesswork

Call with your year, make and mileage and we will tell you which service is due and what it costs.
